How do I book from Jumparound.ie?

Simply view our full range, click on the product you wish to hire, check our availability calender and click Book Now. If you would like to hire multiple items from Jumparound.ie, or would like some advise, give us a call on 087 7488 900.

How do I pay for the Hireage?

You can pay in full when booking or a €50 deposit through our website or if your booking last minute, you can pay upon delivery on the day of hireage.

How long do I get the Bouncy castle for?

We aim to have all our equipment delivered by 12.00pm and collections start after 7.30pm. However, if you have a preference regarding delivery or collection times, please mention during booking and we will do our best to facilitate your request.

Jumparound.ie offer second day hire at a discount of 50%. 

What preparation will I have to do before the Bouncy Castle arrives?

We would ask that you ensure that the area where the castle will be, has clear access and all obstacles such as clothes lines, trampolines etc. are removed from the area. Also the area must be clear of rubbish and animal waste. Jumparound Ltd reserve the right to refuse to set up a unit on a dirty or contaminated area.

What if it rains on the day of hire?

All of our Bouncy castle are supplied with rain covers however if you still decide to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible preferably 24 hours in advance. Booking Deposits are non-refundable.

All of our castles are shower proof but if the rain becomes heavy, we would recommend that you stop using the castle as it can become slippery when wet. Castles can be dried with a towel. 

Do you offer Supervision for the duration of the hire?

Yes, we offer a supervision service at an extra charge. This service is quite popular and Jumparound.ie offer very good rates. Please contact us on 087 7488 900 or info@jumparound.ie to enquire.
